Delayed payment for 2 months


I won 1400.00 on slots on 11/7/16. My documents were verfied and payment was approved by check on 11/29/16. Since then I have gotten the run around about when I would be receiving the payment. On December 21st I was told it was sent out by I still haven't received it. Everytime I I've chat with someone they tell me a few more days, but never have any information beyond that. There is never an answer when I try to call the phone number.

I'm very sorry for the delays and frustration you've been through with this.
