I won 1400.00 on slots on 11/7/16. My documents were verfied and payment was approved by check on 11/29/16. Since then I have gotten the run around about when I would be receiving the payment. On December 21st I was told it was sent out by I still haven't received it. Everytime I I've chat with someone they tell me a few more days, but never have any information beyond that. There is never an answer when I try to call the phone number.

I'm very sorry for the delays and frustration you've been through with this.

After reading the notes on your account, I do see your payment has already been sent off to processing and we are just waiting for your tracking to come through (I expect it in the next day or so). As soon as I receive your tracking, I'll be back to update this thread.
