Delayed approval of $2,500 payment


I placed my withdrawal request in the early hours Sunday (as well as sent documents), it's now Saturday (their withdrawal terms state approval or denial after 3 business days) I spoke with their chat yestersay, they responded that my complaint would be escalated. After speaking with the chat today, they mentioned that I never sent in my documents, which I responded to with a screenshot of my sent email containing documents. I keep getting a run around, with no real answers and when I can have my withdrawal.

Based on player's last post it is now obvious that the disputed withdrawal amount has been played and lost by the player. In such situation, AskGamblers Complaints Team have no other option, but to reject the case as the main complaints subject is no longer valid.

Hi Tawni. I Haven't received an email from you, or from anyone really ( I still had all your advertisement emails though!) I had already updated my withdrawal method to Bitcoin, and I have sent documents to 2 separate email addresses (one of them the customer support never mentioned until I told him I had already emailed the first address).

I should have waited for a reply here, but after watching my withdrawal get denied for no reason, and no help from their chat, I got upset, went on tilt and lost it all. (Bi-polar does that sometimes..)

So Yeah, there isn't a reason to really pursue this any further.

So I guess complaint resolved, but my overall experience is very negative.
