I made a withdrawal request for $2,500 and then sent in all verification documents. After 5 business days I received a response that said I needed to send in a new credit card document that was hand signed.
I followed instruction and sent it in however I started receiving responses from my email server that the emails I sent were being blocked and couldn't go through. I had to contact the customer service to tell them my email was being blocked on their end so I couldn't send in the documents needed.
This was verified by gmail and I ended up speaking to a manager who told me to send them from another email address. So I did and then she told me I needed to send another utility bill, why I do not know. I sent the same one I did the first time and then she said everything was verified.
After all of this I do not know what is going on with my $2,500 bitcoin withdrawal. I haven't been contacted by the payment department and the customer service told me it is being handled by a third party so I just have to wait. I feel like after all of this Planet7Casino should expedite my withdrawal and keep me updated on what is going on.
