I submitted a withdrawal requested on 3/21 for $1200. It was processed on 3/29. I have been on chat at least 6 times to find the status of the payment with no straight answer. I have been told the processor has ten days, then ten to fifteen days, that the payment is being escalate (to whom and what end I don't know). Now today I'm told a bonus of $225 was taken out and the payment amount which would now be $975. I had taken a bonus previously and played it to zero, then taken another bonus with no max no play, then deposited again and won so I don't believe there is any bonus attached to my winnings.

I did get a check via Fedex for $950. I was not able to deposit it electronically as I normally do so I mailed the check to my bank for deposit.
