Delayed payment and runaround


I have a withdrawal of $500 that was approved on May 14th 2017 I have been on chat several times and I get the same answer when I went on chat Wednesday June 14th the person I spoke to said she sent it to the finance dept and I should receive my payment shortly,I followed up with them today June 17th and I got the same answer this person told me she just sent it to the finance dept and it was being escalated,I don't want to keep getting the same answer and the runaround I would just like them to send my payment
