Since August 10, I’m waiting on a payment from Palace of Chance casino where I won $200. I was told that I would receive money within several days, but 2 months passed since my initial request and I did not receive any money. The casino did not send me any information regarding my withdrawals as well. I also noticed that my balance did not change meaning that the system did not register my withdrawal request (?) I heard that this casino occasionally delays withdrawals but 2 months is way too long. Please, help me to get my $200.
