Delayed Payment of $7500 since January


I submitted three $2500 withdrawls on 1/28/2016. To date, two of them have been approved and the third one was split into two $1250 withdrawls (without notifying me) and one the the $1250 have been approved. So, $6250 of the total $7500 has now been approved and I'm sure the last $1250 will be approved soon. The problem is that the first $2500 was approved over a month ago and I have not heard a single thing about when the payment will be sent to the processor and mailed to me. I did receive an email from Candy and she said she would follow up with the finance department, but that was weeks ago and I have heard nothing, even after sending a couple follow-up emails.

What's more is that they had the audacity to ask me why I haven't been playing since I cashed out. LOL... you owe me $7500 and are dragging your feet. I would have to be an idiot to deposit any more money until you pay me out.

Great news! I'm happy to tell you that I've received the tracking for both checks (arriving in two packages) and I can see they're all set for delivery tomorrow morning (Friday). :-)

I received the wire today. Still waiting on the two checks. I'm expecting them this week or next.
