I sent all of the requested/required documentation for withdrawal. My withdrawal was approved on 01/08/2016. I was told to wait 7-10 business days and I would receive a check via FedEx. I contacted them on 1/25 to check the status of my withdrawal since I have not received a check. They apologized, told me that after the 8th nothing more had been done and I needed to contact the payout department. Well, I did that and have still not received a response, either via live chat OR email. It's funny; they sure don't have any issues taking my money. However, when it's time to pay out, they just don't respond?... Total amount $900

I apologize for any difficulties you've been having. I'm going to have to speak with the Escalations Manager regarding the delay, however, I can see that the payment was indeed sent of to processing on the 29th and tracking should be available in 7 business days (generally the payment arrives to the player before we receive tracking).

Just to follow-up at AskGamblers, I've checked the tracking on this and I can see that your check was delivered earlier today via FedEx. ;-)
