Planet 7 Casino - Delayed / non-payment

I have been waiting since the last of July on a payment from three separate withdrawals. I have called many times and I have sent mini email with no return. The last time I heard from them was it had been sent to escalations. I do enjoy playing at Planet 7 however if this is not resolved I will not continue to do business with them. Other than this withdrawal I have had 3 in the past which were all resolved within three weeks. This one has been going on for 3 months. All I want is my money so we can get on with business. And continue the relationship. Any help to resolve this issue will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hi Tommy--

I'm so sorry both for the delays with your withdrawals and my slow response. I was away last week and I'm just getting caught up.

I've looked at your account and I do see that your first payment was delivered to you, last Thursday. As to the balance of your withdrawal, that payment has already been sent for processing and I'd expect to see tracking on this before the end of this week. I will update this thread as soon as your tracking is in.\
