I have been dealing with planet 7 for over a month, and it’s for 2 withdrawals that are now approved but I can’t get a straight answer on when I will get my check or where it is. The amount is for 1625$ & 200$ for a total of 1825$. I do know that my request are approved but no straight answer on when I’ll get the money. The withdrawals have been approved since February 4 and I still have yet to receive a email from them. When I contact them it’s like pulling teeth and sometimes you get helpful information and sometimes it’s very rude and a waist of time but I never get a answer now on where my money is. It’s been extremely long and I’m sick of this now. And this is not even talking about what I went through to get this far. Please help.

I'm very sorry for the difficulties you've been having with this.

You'll be pleased to know that your payment was sent off to our processor, yesterday: 02/16 Paid $1717 for transactions #94678391 ($1517) / 94678394 ($200). You'll see there is a shortfall from your withdrawal request amount--the reason for this is that you used a bonus to amass your withdrawal. All of our bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your withdrawal amount.

Hello, first off I’m not happy with the 108$ missing from my money but at this point I don’t care I just want this done with. My big problem is that it is posted in your site that after withdrawals are approved they are sent to processors and that is posted to take 7-10 days well my withdrawals have been approved since FEBRUARY 4 and now it’s 13 days past and your telling me it will take another week. That’s not right. Look at the picture I uploaded and it’s clearly posted February 4 approved. This is way too long it’s been a month and a half

I'm very sorry about your frustration, however, I do see your payment was delivered to you, yesterday.

Regarding the $108 which was removed, we are very clear in our terms and conditions:

All bonuses are non-cashable and will be removed at the time of withdrawal. E.g, if a player receives a bonus of US$100.00 and later requests a $390.00 withdrawal, the $100.00 bonus will be removed and the withdrawal will total $290. Withdrawal requests made for less than the bonus received will be denied and returned to the players account.

Hello again. Well I received a check yesterday, only because my guardian angel was watching over me because FEDERAL EXPRESS delivered the check and the only reason I received the check is because the driver actually cared. The problem is my address was not entirely written on the parcel, as the unit # was I think purposely left out and the driver did not know what unit to deliver the check because no unit # was written, but the driver cared enough to call the phone number and ask what unit it was. The driver told me that the company that sent the parcel does this kind of thing very often, they seem to leave out unit numbers so the delivery might not make it to the recipient and on the check it says void after 90 days of the date on the check. I just got lucky that my phone number was put on the parcel and the driver took the time to call me. The driver also told me when this happens they also leave no phone numbers at times and that I was lucky mine was on the parcel. Now when I stop and think of everything and add it all up it seems planet 7 really doesn’t like paying out and tries to avoid it if possible. I got my check but I still would rate this casino very low on scale of 1 - 10 because of the delays in the payouts. I would say planet 7 offers good bonuses but that is the only positive thing I have to say about them because what good is a bonus if it takes almost 1 quarter of a year to get your money ? Almost 3 months, when it’s all said and done as they don’t send certified checks and if you live in Canada and don’t have a US bank account they will hold your check for 30 days because it’s a different currency and some might say that’s my problem but I think they should send out certified checks especially after all the wait we customers go through. So now I’m on the last step of this endeavour and I will keep you guys posted when it’s all said and done. BUT YES I DID RECEIVE MY CHECK. Thank you for your time and efforts.
