Delaying my payment, bad support

On september 30, 2015 i registered account with uptownaces casino with claim free chips 10 after several hours play, i met wagger and after thats i contack support for account verifications with support name vanessa, vannesa told me for in this case because i dont have credit card , i only have to do send documents like ID card and 2 utility billings, then i send all documents to address she gave documents@uptownaces.eu, with will review take 48 hours, then the next day i contack suppor they always gave answers flats, the documents will be review shortly, and 2 days ago i chat with support name analisse thats inform all my documents had received and will be verified tommorow, so the next day i chat again the support only gave round and round answers im so frustration my time so wasted, and then to days 3 hours ago i come back chat with support jamela , she will give promise and will contack me in 30 minutes. after 3 hours wait she never contack call me as she promise, even the management casino in this concern not call me as she promise, please askgamblers update this case, and help me for this case, thank you very much, and im hearing forwards from you as soon ass possible, all documents and eviedance chat from support alrteady records me . Till now my account still nothing update only promise and roun and round basicly casino answers make me sick and prustations, thank you
