Hello,
I visited last week for the first time Getlucky casino, and i registred there.
I received the freespins promotion like all other players did ( it was for all players ) and i used them and made 51£.
They wanted to verify my Documents , so i sent them all to them and i got emails from them that all the documents are verified and i will be able to withdraw after a while. So i waited and they again wanted my Bank Account Papers so i sent them and they accepted them.
After that they closed my account after few hours from making the Withdrawal and they rejected it as well.
Getlucky gave no reason and are just not answering me.
I did all the things right and there was no problem with any of the accounts .this casino are making a fraud against the T&C.
I'm writing with hope that you may help me get the funds that i earned correctly, and not let them just make the players look like they are just no one.i sent my personnal docs to them with sensitive infos and waited since last week till now , and so they treat poeple.

I was contacted by email yesterday, the account was reopened and i was told i can make withdrawals now. So i made a withdrawal , haha but whats funny is that cancelled it again without any notification or Email. I must be honest and say that this a more than a joke.
I contacted them and guess what ? Haha again send us Bank statement, i saw that coming i swear.
I already sent all the docs and they were approved and tge withdrawals section was enbaled, but now they disabled it .
So now i must upload new doc and again and again wait till tehy approve it and then make the withdrawal and again wait and wait and see what they will send me next time.
Totally disgusting.

We have checked this case and after you send in your bank statement everything was approved and your account was then reopened and the withdrawal has also been approved.
