Delayed 1400 EUR and asking for documents every 2 days

Hello. so I withdrew 200 (26 December) from Dbosses in my Jeton account and it was all ok. I verified my account and money was in my Jeton soon. The day after(27 December) I won 1400 and tried to withdraw again with jeton.

This time was different. 24 hours after my requested withdrawal they say that should verify my Jeton account. Ok I verified and sent them requested documents.

Today I woke up from a email from Dbosses telling me that they need a new id because my id expires soon. (note : my id expires in 29 JANUARY 2023. We currently are is 30 DECEMBER 2022).

I tried to contact them via live chat and no response from the relevant department. I have all screenshots here i am uploading.

Please note that the last player's deposits have not yet reached out bank.
As soon as they reach our bank we will proceed with the withdrawal.
This is done so that we are sure there was no charge back request made to the issuing bank.
Unfortunately, the time taken for such thing to happen, depends only on the bank and out of our control.
