I request your assistance in resolving an uncredited deposit of ₹36,000 with Dafabet.

On 2 October 2026 at 2:26 PM, I paid ₹36,000 through CRED Wallet using UPI for my Dafabet deposit. CRED shows the transaction as successful and confirms that the amount was deducted from my wallet and credited to the recipient’s bank account. However, Dafabet shows the deposit as failed, and my gaming account has not been credited.

After contacting support, I received a response stating that the payment provider, JuPay-UPI Mobile, reported the payment as “NOT_RECEIVED.” The response also stated that escalation had been exhausted and a manual review was required. My deposit remains unresolved.

My CRED receipt shows that the recipient’s bank account was credited. I request that Dafabet manually trace the payment using UTR 627516767474, verify it with its payment provider, and explain the discrepancy.

Please either credit ₹36,000 to my Dafabet account or refund the amount to my original payment source, and provide a clear timeframe for resolution.

I can provide the successful payment receipt, the failed deposit screenshot, and the support correspondence as evidence.

I would like to inform you that my account verification has been pending for over a week already despite submitting all the required documents clearly and in accordance with Dafabet’s guidelines. The delay is unreasonable and has prevented me from accessing my funds. First I have submitted the selfie of me holding my pan then I submitted a selfie of me holding my Adhar card. There customer support chat and mail system has been worse no explanation are giving

Furthermore, I would like to clarify that the total disputed amount in this case is 538000 (INR). It has been declined even after submitting all the documents

I have fully cooperated with all verification requirements, but the issue still remains unresolved. I kindly request Ask gamblers intervention to help expedite the verification process and allow me to withdraw my funds without further delay.

Dear Team,

I made withdrawal of INR 1,00,000 on Sep 14 , in that 21k is refunded to my dafabet wallet but 79k is never credited to my bank account nor refunded to dafabet wallet.

I waited for the timeline dafabet mentioned to complete 1to 4 working days but it is already been 20 days till I haven't received the funds.

Whenever I try to contact them they're simply sending automatic replies

My Dafabet account was restricted on 19 August 2026, and I was asked to provide identification and proof of address.

I fully cooperated and submitted all documents requested by Dafabet. I first submitted my Voter ID and proof of address. Dafabet later specifically requested a passport or driving licence, so I obtained and submitted my passport together with proof of address.

Dafabet subsequently requested another type of proof of address. I provided a recent HP Gas invoice showing my name and address, as well as my recent bank statement.

My account is restricted, so I was unable to upload documents through MyAccount and therefore submitted the documents by email as instructed by Dafabet.

I have repeatedly followed up with Dafabet regarding the account reopening. I have received multiple responses stating that my concern has been forwarded to the relevant team and that I need to wait.

Most importantly, Dafabet has now explicitly confirmed in writing that my uploaded document was “accepted and verified.” However, my account is still not reopened, and I have not received a clear explanation of what is still pending or a final decision regarding my account.

I have been waiting since 19 August 2026 and have fully cooperated with every verification request.

I am requesting AskGamblers’ assistance in obtaining a clear final decision from Dafabet regarding the reopening of my account and access to my funds.

I have attached the relevant email correspondence as evidence, with sensitive government-document information appropriately blurred.
