Withdrawal issues

My withdrawal has been pending for over 48 hours I keep getting the same response from them. I literally just had a whole long thing typed out here and had to register my account with the site to file the complaint and then everything was erased so I’m having to do this again I’ve only deposited with this site crypto wild like five times, but I play on other sites regularly and I deposited this time like 1mbtc with no bonuses, and I won 294 Mbtc tried to withdraw realize there was a $1500eur weekly withdrawal limit so I canceled that request and submitted a new request for 58mbtc which has been pending for over 48 hours. I have contacted them several times so I continued to play with the rest that I had and won two jackpots, one of 191 Mbtc and another of 100mbtc it clearly says in their terms and conditions that any jackpot one will be paid in full so I submitted a request for 200mbtc and everything is still pending and I keep getting the same response from support, but it clearly states in their terms and conditions if support does not help you with your issue in a timely manner that you can escalate the request to somebody else so yesterday, the person I talk to said I could escalate the request but to give them four more hours four hours comes and goes and still nothing so then I start the chat again with support to get the response that I cannot escalate it. I just want my money and I will not play on the site anymore. I play several other crypto casinos and never have I had to wait this long for a withdraw.

Cryptowild refusing to provide sufficient evidence for keeping winnings
Cryptowild refused to pay out a significant amount of money, equivalent to .31 BTC which at the time of October 25th 2019, around 6pm PST until October 29th 7am PST was valued anywhere between $9,012 USD per bitcoin to $10,071 USD per bitcoin...range of approximately $2,793 to $3122...owed to me which they refused to pay out even after successful ID verification documents were submitted. This is the only account with them I have opened up. The other account they claimed was mine...never submitted any identification verification documents. Never deposited. Never added a debit card or credit card. They just claimed to be me.
Anyone can open up a free account and write down anyone's name they want upon registration. You can open up 40 accounts with the same name if desired. However only one account can have documents submitted to verify ownership of that account and name. They should not have allowed me to even make a second account or even deposit...if there was another verified account open in my name. However there were no "verified accounts" open in my name other than the one I used. When I join a casino online, I am active, I deposit, I chat with support. I submit proper documentation, and abide by all rules and regulations. They cannot deny my payment and withhold winnings due to a "non-verified" account open in my name (which there are 7 other people in the world with my same name by the way)...because anyone can open any account instantly and claim to be anyone they want. If I knew my friend just won $5000...i could open up an account that day...not have to submit documentation...and put his name down in the registration template...and they would then be ineligible to cash out their winnings and be banned. That is why they should only deny me my winnings if the other account in question attempted to submit documentation claiming to be me. Cryptowild refused to answer me when I asked if that random account ever submitted verification. If they did I would want to know because that would mean my identification documents were stolen at some point and being used without my permission or knowledge which is a very serious issue if that were to be the case. They refused to verify anything on their end or provide proof or evidence supporting anything and then asked me to not make any accounts with them...then they deleted my account.
I can provide any and all emails containing our correspondences upon request.

Refused to pay a 4.5 BTC withdrawal
On March 17, I had probably the biggest win I will ever have in my life. I deposited 2.3 mbtc, followed by 2.4 mbtc after the initial loss. Cryptowild was having an st patty's day promo of unlimited claims. Minimum deposit of 1mbtc. As i can prove, i was not taking advantage of this bonus. As it was a free spin bonus. And i could have taking a bigger advantage by depositing the minimum. So long story short. I wasn't playing with a low risk strategy and after a few hours I eventually played fa fa twins from betsoft gaming and won 2,400 credits wagering .05 mbtc @ i think 30 lines. I really was oblivious on the exact amount Id won. As bsg usually has credits that are hard to follow your actually balance. After about 30mins, I finally seen my balance and well, you get the jest. I was conflicted. I wanted to play it down, as I had a feeling that they would pay out such a high balance. But I lost $16000 of winnings at grande vegas about 2 years ago. So I didnt want to make a fool of myself again. I Requested the withdraw, and from what I remembered of my only withdraw, many months prior. It was quick. Within an hour or so. I was used to RTG casinos, so I was surprised and amazed. Not to mention grateful. I'd say I've had about 20+ lossed encounters at cryptowild. So i kept a about 20mbtc to play, and after a few hrs built it up to 110mbtc or so. But still no payout. It was kinda late so I went to bed. What I woke up to sucked. A banned account and an email accusing me on fraud. Because the phone number in my profile, was from the Philippines, and I am from the US. I am a member of multiple sites. All of my info is the same. Aside from an @hotmail vs @gmail. On a limited few. So the kicker was that i was playing a fraudulent account because they couldnt verify a phone. Of which id argue is silly, as i was never asked to verify my phone, I dont even remember having to provide it during registration. I do however remember, having to verify my email, the same that I was communicating with them on. And my btc address. Not once did they ask or try to allow me to verify who I was, or that no btc that i use is stolen, but paid for. I tried being polite and rational. And they kept trying to avoid paying on frivolous claims. Actually worse than frivolous, as i have the documents to show that they were the ones being in professional. So I am hear to share, hoping "A" they will see that the risk of very bad practice publicity could cost them far more than a payout, and in actuality, the big win payout could be a good marketing investment. I know I would have shared and possibly converted many players. But that same energy and drive of what could of been positive for them, my be used in an opposite aura. So lets see what they feel is in cryptos bests intrest.
