Delaying payments for over a week now

Cresus casino is dealying payments for over a week now. My account got verified within 2 hours (quite fast, to be honest). my payments were accepted in a day as well. Now they're "completed" for over a week and the money still hasn't arrived. This is what the customer service replied:

-"the bank needs to verify your bank account"

- "Yes, when they will finish their verifications, your withdrawals will be sent by the load of paiement."

-"This are mandotary verifications about bank account."

-"the load of paiement need to make mandotary verifications, not our casino, not even your bank."


We're a week in now, and these are the reasons they gave me today.

Yesterday i was told something different.


The winnings add up to 500ish euro's and don't involve any form of bonus money.

Well, whattayaknow, 3 hours after publishing my complaint i get everything on my bank account.. this site works better then their customer service. Thanks askgamblers!
