Blocked my account after requesting a big withdrawal

Hello, I am contacting you regarding the problem with casino cresus on 04/24/2023. I won the sum of €4,1156 on the site (proof) and I validated my documents for account validation I contacted the service because I can't make a withdrawal I contact support to explain the problem the next day account was blocked for no reason I contacted support several times without any response there is a legal complaint in progress for fraud and breach of trust please take my request seriously for any request for proof please contact me on my e-mail box
