I made a withdraw at 30.09.2019. The casino said 48 hour for withdraw. After 3 days the live chat said 2 - 4 business day. Now after 1 week the withdraw is still pending.
The 1. withdraw in September was very fast. Why is it now so long? The account is verified.
The live chat said every day that he gives the Information to the department.
Based on submitter's last post AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is officially closed now.
