I have succesfully reached Level 5, which (as stated clearly) should result in being able to claim the 300 EU free cash chip.
When clicked on the Claim-button, one is looped back to the deposit-page.
When I report this to support, replies are "I will forward it to the department for this".
When asked for a copy of that particular forwarding, reply is "not possible, you must trust us"
This has been going on for a dozen weeks, nothing is followed-up, or reported back to me. Dead silence.
Today I decided no more. I demand the payout of the chip, as stated clearly on the website (refer to attachments).
I did everything in my power. Now I get ignored as a whole!

I have carefully checked your case and I want to pin point the following for you so that you can understand how the bonus map level system works and to actually show you and other players that we never "ignored you" nor left you waiting for "dozen weeks"!
I would like to first start about your allegations of being "ignored"... our support staff has clearly replied to your query about the €300 gift and it has surely not taken "dozen weeks" to get you updated about your inquiry. It actually just took one business day! (You can see image of email and customer support history).
As you can see from the same screen shot you provided me, all the small boxes are "grayed out" meaning they are disabled. You can still hover on them to see what is available to you in Level 5. As you gain more loyalty points, the boxes will become available according to how much loyalty points you have. When a box is enabled you would be able to claim the gift within. As you can see from my screen shots of the map, I am able to hover on all boxes to show me what gifts are available but the boxes are disabled until I gather enough points to enable one of the gift boxes at a time.
I also went through your entire experience so far with us, and I have to be honest here, I am a bit disappointed about your complaint since you are clearly being selective in what you want others to see for some reason or another. You are also clearly trying to take advantage of something that is meant to reward you in due time like the rest of the other level gifts have. More than just gifts and bonuses however, I am more disappointed about this complaint since we have always given you excellent service during your stay with us and we where always there waiting to help you when needed and this is proven in our chat transcripts with our agents.
Believe me, we have no intention of holding back €300 bonus gift from you, and proof of this is the nice amount of winnings we have already processed to your name so far without any delays or any other hiccups + the amount of free rounds bonuses we have given you during your time with us! (bonus free rounds history attached) Having said that however, I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate you about these and hope to see you soon again on CrazePlay :)
