Failed limits with withdrawal delay and slow communication

On April 30th I set a session limit to 1 hour at my account at Crazeplay. A day later I realized that this limit did not work. The system allowed for unlimited playtime. I messaged to report the problem and they froze my account to check it.

It has now been 2 weeks. No communication has taken place from Crazeplay about a solution to this, my account is still frozen for review. On top of this Crazeplay instead of addressing their own problems with limits have demanded full Source of Wealth, which I have complied with. They have still not verified this even thou the second batch of documents have been sent 7 working days ago. It took them 4 working days only to reply they demanded everything in PDF-form. They also demanded an account statement to a number they claimed was an IBAN which was the wrong number which really takes a toll on my trust towards them especially since they keep demanding documents of a sensitive nature only to stay silent on the matter. Instead of addressing the bug in their limits they seem hellbent on finding fault with me.

A sum of 7000 eur of requested withdrawals is being held, aswell as my account balance that is under dispute (this sum was originally 1000 eur).

So far in two weeks the only communication after me contacting them have been to wait, this is at best alot of poor communication and sloppy mistakes on behalf of Crazeplay and instead of solving this they seem to hoping to make it so hard for me that they don't need to fix anything and keep refusing to pay me. I hope to recieve help with this matter since I am getting nowhere on my own here!

That is not a reply to my question.

As per my information you do not even have daily limits, so this is a moot point.

So you are saying is that chat felt the need to inform me that a day has 24 hrs in it as a response to the question ”Is it 1 hr of play in 24 hrs?”. Well that is very informative! Wow! That is a lovely and very creative excuse!

As you should also know session limits are defined differently in different jurisdictions and One of these definitions is infact 1 hr in 24 hrs and No ability to log in after this time has passed. These limits are also called session limits.

These different definitions were why I contacted chat in the first place.
I am of a very strong opinion that the answer I got supported the first notion. But as you at Crazeplay have shown time and time again is that you simply avoid answering direct question thus making you at Crazeplay very difficult to be in contact with.

At AskGamblers, honestly, I just can’t anymore. This is becoming beyond ridiculous! Do what you like, consider this ”resolved”, Thank you for trying to help!

As I already explained and showed you in my screen shot, there is a Session limit that you have successfully set. You didn't set a daily limit, you set a session limit.
Maybe I was slightly more technical in my explanation but the same concept applies. Chat agents try to explain it simpler during a chat session since we assume that our customers are non-technical individuals.

"please notice that the time limit is every 24 hrs" = the session time limit through every 24 hours period is the amount you set in your session limit. The "every 24 hrs" term there is used to quantify a day having 24 hours every time.

To sustain that, the session limits are even set in seconds as clearly explained here too: "As I see in the system, the limit was set today, you set a daily time limit of 3600 seconds".

So what you are saying is that the answer I got was clear?

I specifically asked; "Is it 1 hr of play in 24 hrs?" and got the following answers;

"please notice that the time limit is every 24 hrs"

and

"As I see in the system, the limit was set today, you set a daily time limit of 3600 seconds".

At no time in this conversation was a reset of the timer mentioned, nor was it mentioned that a session can be a number of sessions within these 24 hrs. Would you consider this a clear answer to the question; Is it 1 hr of play in 24 hrs?

Very Slow Withdrawal Process
Dear AskGamblers,

I am reaching out to seek assistance and advice regarding an ongoing situation with CrazePlay Casino. On September 24, 2023, I won €4000 and requested a withdrawal, divided into two transactions - one for €1500 and another for €2500, on the same day. It is important to note that I did not avail of any bonuses from the casino. The casino informed me that I needed to undergo a KYC verification process, which I promptly completed in full. Despite the verification process having been completed for over a week now, my withdrawal is still marked as "pending" and I have received no clarity from the casino on when my withdrawal will be processed.

Throughout my interactions with the casino's customer support, I have been given inconsistent information regarding the verification of my account. My chat logs clearly show that at first, I was told that my account had been verified and my withdrawal was awaiting a review process. However, later on, I was informed that my account was not verified yet. These inconsistent responses have caused further confusion and delay in processing my withdrawal request.

I have documented all interactions and have saved all email communications and chat logs between myself and the casino. I have been informed multiple times that my case has been forwarded to the relevant department for review, yet no further information or updates have been provided despite repeated inquiries from my end.

The casino's terms and conditions stipulate that withdrawals should be approved or denied within 2 days. It has now been significantly longer than that with no resolution or explanation from the casino. I feel I have been patient and cooperative throughout the entire process, and have provided all necessary information and documentation as requested by the casino.

I am now seeking help and advice through AskGamblers in hopes of resolving this situation in a fair and transparent manner. I am more than willing to provide any documentation and evidence that may be required to support my case.

Holding my withdrawals and slowing the KYC for months

So 1 year ago I won 7000 euros on crazeplay. Then the bad dream started. They wanted all kinds of different documents, so I sent them right away, after that I didn’t get 1 single reply in over 3-4 months, and I started to give up. I sent all the documents asked, then they wanted more documents, I am a VIP manager, but my vip manager does not even exist after my winnings, so it’s not possible to send e-mails here. But I fought and I fixed every single document they wanted, and last week it got approved. So now my account is fully verified. I withdrew 3500 euros in 2 separate withdraws 2500 and 1000.

I asked after 1 day how it was going, and the reply was 48 hours. I asked after 40 hours, and the answer was 48 hours. When 48 hours passed, they said that there is no timeline and I will be notified when it’s been approved. In a few hours, it’s 96 hours of waiting. And they say that I just have to wait and be patient. How is this even possible? Every single thing is verified, I’d, address, bank accounts, KYC, source of wealth. What should I do now? Since they try to come up with every single possible excuse that is. I just want my withdrawals. And they were won with straight raw cash. No bonuses no rewards no free spins, just a deposit and winnings.

It is a mystery to me that crazeplay is even allowed to continue to have a license since I’m not the first one they are doing this to. They just try to slow the withdrawals every single time, I’m tired, angry and feeling scammed.
