Hi. I won good amount of money (800€) at Cookie Casino and cannot withdraw it. First time i made a deposit was 20.09.2020 and there has been no problems with anything before.
I've contacted live chat several times and they just say that try to clear cache, cookies, history or switch browser. Ive done all that. Nothing works. I sended email asking about this and they said this.

They also sended my case to financial department. I bet that is gonna take a long time so i decided to ask for help here and i really hope that you guys are willing to help me.
