I opened an account at slotjoint this weekend, and used their 200% bonus for 40 euro. I posted a withdrawal of around 800 euro and was asked for my credit card picture, utility bill and ID which I swiftly provided.
Now to the problem. Today I received an email that my account has been closed due to multiple accounts. My money was confiscated.
• I have never had two accounts at any one casino.
• I do absolutely not have multiple accounts at Slotjoint
• They confiscated 800 euro of real money without further investigation and explanation.
I hope to solve this as soon as possible and I hope that is was just an automated mistake from Slotjoint’s side.
