SlotJoint Casino - Confiscated 800€ due to false accusation

I am a long time active member of askgamblers. I love this site and what you are hoping to do for the casino community.

I opened an account at slotjoint this weekend, and used their 200% bonus for 40 euro. I posted a withdrawal of around 800 euro and was asked for my credit card picture, utility bill and ID which I swiftly provided.

Now to the problem. Today I received an email that my account has been closed due to multiple accounts. My money was confiscated.

• I have never had two accounts at any one casino.
• I do absolutely not have multiple accounts at Slotjoint
• They confiscated 800 euro of real money without further investigation and explanation.

I hope to solve this as soon as possible and I hope that is was just an automated mistake from Slotjoint’s side.

Only one Player Account is permitted per person, house, building, mailing address, phone number, IP address, family, Device or Shared Environment. If more than one Player Account is created per person, house, building, mailing address, phone number, IP address, family, Device or Shared Environment then We will close all related Player Accounts and not pay out any winnings or refund any deposits. Family includes, but is not limited to, parents, partners, spouse, children, siblings and close relatives. 


Based on the above, AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is now officially closed. In case of a disagreement with our decision we remind player that further assistance on this matter could be requested from the relevant licensing authority responsible for SlotJoint Casino.
