I won about 1.5k$ 30.06 at morning and made a cashout req and sent all docs for verification
30.06. 2:03 p.m. they ask me to send photo with ID + seilfie, I did it immediately
In a few hours full verification was confirmed by support and they asked me to wait 1--2 hours for payout
2.07 I asked support about payout one more time, they said that everything is ok and I need to wait, but later they asked me to send selfie with ID + list of paper with current date! Ok, I did it. And again my acc fully verified like it was before.
Today I still don't have any information, support can't give any information and time frames. As I can see from other reviews in internet, this is a usual practice (support also confirmed it).
