Clup Player Casino - Need help getting paid
Good Evening,
I am having trouble getting paid by Club Player. It has been going on for over a year. I have been on chat several times with them. Most of the time I was told that they would escalate my payment or to send in my paperwork, which i did more than once. I have gone back in my account history all the way til 6/1/18 and I don't see any problems.I'm very confused with this, and I hope that you can help me. Here is some information that might help you.
10/4/18 won $4511
11/12/18 I requested a wire
11/16/18 it was denied
11/27/18 i played more and my new balance was $5711
1/10/19 requested a wire $2500
1/23/19 wire was denied
2/15/19 requested a $2500 wire
3/25/19 requested $2500 wire
4/29/19 went on chat told to send paperwork(which I did)
7/3/19 sent paperwork again after being told to
7/23/19 requested final $400 balance
9/12/19 account history said manager withdrawal approved$4500
9/12/19 account history said manager withdrawal requested $4500
9/12/19 account history said wire transfer declined $2500
9/12/19 account history said wire transfer declined $2500
9/12/19 account history said wire transfer approved $500
10/13/19 I got a wire to my bank in the amount of $462.50
If you could help me get this sorted out and get paid I would really appreciate it.
