Club Player way past max time for payout
On four – 12–21 I used an $80 loyalty bonus that I received from club player, after a $100 deposit, met my playthrough guidelines and withdrew 4X my bonus for $320. According to their rules seven to 10 days before it's approved and then another seven before it's paid. Of course those are business days. Well here we are 21 business days later and when I ask what's going on with my payment now they're saying I have to update my license because it expires May 20 of this year. They should've had me already paid before my birthday even came up however they are dragging their feet for some reason. That is the same company that owes me $100 from Ruby slots but they're trying to take credit for a payment that lucky Creek paid me.
