Club Player - Waiting for winnings

I did a withdrawal for 106.00 that was processed the 11th of November 2021 and they have been jerking me around ever since. Every time I message them about my winnings, I am told to wait the 8 to 10 days even tho it has been over that amount of time. I asked them for the wire transfer number so I can try to talk to my bank about receiving the money faster, but am ignored when I ask. They are purposely doing the least they can do to help me, pretending to care then just regurgitating the same info. What do I do? I will never see that money.

I apologize for the frustration you've been having with this.

I'm not sure why this wire was so slow, but I do see that our processor confirmed this as completed on the 2nd. I would expect the funds will reach your account early this week (if not already).
