Not paying out $10,000 winnings


I won 10000 late April . I sent in updated documents on May 1st. My withdrawal requests were repeatedly declined for incomplete documents. The casino wanted a scanned picture of a credit card that had not been used in at least 2 to 3 years. After many emails my documents were accepted on may 15. Withdraw of 2500 x4 for a total of 10,000 on May 15th. Have reached out multiple times asking for a status on my withdrawal request but have not heard anything back from club player. Reference number 1726541 - was automatically sent back to me after I emailed concerning withdrawal request on June 27th. I have yet to receive a response from club player.
Any help would be appreciated!

I've just checked on your account and I see your final withdrawal has already been processed: 07/30 Paid $2500 for transaction #53769677. I would expect by now the funds have reached your account. ;-)
