Club Player Delaying Payout

Hi can someone help please. I made a withdrawal request at Club Player on 28th February for $200 which was approved on 15th March. I have contacted them several times and keep getting the same stock answer "we have between 10 and 20 days from approval to pay out money." It has now been 38 business days since approval and still no funds paid into my Neteller account.


The following is transcript of my last e-mail to the club and the subsequent reply:


Megan/Damian


I have had a withdrawal approved for 200 since 15th March 2011 which has still not been paid into my Neteller account.


I have contacted you on several occassions (as listed below) and have been assured that the payment has been approved


and also that it "would be paid out be end of next week" SEVERAL TIMES. I would really appreciate a speedy conclusion to this matter.

On 24th March I was told by Damian


“This is Damian at Club Player Casino. Your last email has been received. I hope the following information helps you to clear up your last inquiry:


we approved 200 on 3/15

from that day we have 10 to 20 business days to send out the payment”


On 31st March I was told by Damian


“This is Damian at Club Player Casino. Your last email has been received. I hope the following information helps you to clear up your last inquiry:


it should be send out between early or mid of the next week as per finance team”


On 1st April I was told by Damian


“This is Damian at Club Player Casino. Your last email has been received. I hope the following information helps you to clear up your last inquiry:


we approved 200 on 3/15 form that day we have 10 to 20 business days to send out the payment

As always, we are here to assist you with anything you need. We appreciate your continued business.”


On 9th April I was told by Megan


“This is Megan at Club Player Casino. Your last email has been received. I hope the following information helps you to clear up your last inquiry:


The finance usually takes 7-10 in between payments.”


On 14th April I was told by Megan


“This is Megan at Club Player Casino. Your last email has been received. I hope the following information helps you to clear up your last inquiry:


It should be ready by the end of the coming week according to the approval dept team.”


On 27th April I was told by Megan


“This is Megan at Club Player Casino. Your last email has been received. I hope the following information helps you to clear up your last inquiry:


It should be ready by the end of the coming week according to the approval dept team.”


On 3rd May I was told by Megan


“I have reviewed the account and your payout has been approved at this time, but it has not been sent out yet,I will send a note to the finance


dept with your account information, and as soon as I get a response from them I will go ahead and pass that along to you.”


And on 5th may I was told by Damian


"This is Damian at Club Player Casino. Your last email has been received. I hope the following information helps you to clear up your last inquiry:


it should be send out by the end of the week as per finance team

As always, we are here to assist you with anything you need. We appreciate your continued business."


No surprises when I say it is now the end of the week and still no funds in Neteller.
