I made a deposit at Club Player Casino using a 450% bonus, I played through as required then I hit a mini Jackpot on Drea Run which brought my balance over $1.500. I then requested a $450.00 withdrawal. I submitted requested documentation asked for when I chose to withdraw. I received an E-mail back from a Manager at Club Players security certification department stating my documents had been approved, and I could proceed with my withdrawal. I then received another E-mail from a different person at Club Player telling me they could not except the ID I sent... I told them it was the only one I had and that there representative had already approved my documents... They have yet to comment on the fact their security certification department already approved the ID I sent, and are continual requesting an ID I do not have and telling me they cant process my withdrawal....
Any help here would be grateful.
