i made a withdrawl of 1900.00 on 06/27 the casino only approved half which makes no sense to me.......it is now 07/30 i have yet to receive my first withdrawl of 949.00 the second part of my money is still sitting whereever.......i keep getting the run around from live chat and Richard Lanes my vip mgr. can you help?????

dear cindy finally got my money 3 days short of 2 months. for all players who happen to read this i just played slotastic and won 700.00 guess what i should have my money within the week. now thats a reputable casino. thanks ask gamblers for their help if you really want to do something tell everyone to blackball slotnuts i am still waiting for a withdrawl since 6/28 no customer service, no info from live chat. they never answer emails. i don't know how they can stay in business anyway. clubplayer issues have been resolved. thanks again

i will finally be receiving my withdrawl next week no thanks to cindy who did nothing to expedite this matter.....i am thankful to richard< surname removed > my vip mgr who help facilitate the withdrawl process......i would also like to thank askgamblers for their intervention. god knows how long i would have waited without them
