Withdrawal not paid within stated 10 day timeframe

$2500 Withdrawals from 9/8/21 and 9/17/21 have all exceeded the 10 day handling time with nothing approved or paid. I emailed Tawni a few times but have not heard back for an update but she could be out of the office. Could someone check on the status of these withdrawals and update me? Thanks in advance.

Still havent received the 10/13 payment for $2500 and now the 10/20/21 withdrawal has exceeded the 10 day timeframe so 2 withdrawals are behind.
