Withdrawal denied twice with no explanation

I played a no deposit bonus at Club Player, followed all the terms and conditions and went through the wagering requirements. I have been verified. I have attempted to withdraw the same $100 USD (minimum withdrawal) twice to btc. They have declined the withdrawal twice and the money subsequently bounces back into my account. There has been no explanation nor any communication whatsoever. They have not responded to an email I sent over 2 weeks ago, nor am I able to contact live chat as the button is disabled for me.
