Winnings still pending since Febryary 27th

I made sure all my documents were approved. Then I made a Bitcoin deposit which led me to winning about 7000. So I decided to cash out.

They gave me three options, wire transfer, Bitcoin withdrawal, and coin draw. So I chose Bitcoin withdrawal and the limit was 2500 per withdrawal. I requested 3 withdrawals. One was a coin draw which exactly took 48 hours to get, I got it.

The 2 Bitcoin withdrawals had a time frame of 7 business days for the request to be approved and another 7 days for payment. They delayed for about another 14 days and within those 14 days. I've chatted with support and all they kept saying is they've escalated it and it's up to the finance to release it.. so after 14 days, they told me I have to wait another 24-48 hours to receive payment.

So within those 48 hours. I've got the first 2500, finally after so much time wasted chatting with support. I still have another 2500 which I requested on Feb 27th, 2024. Today is March 21st. When I received the first 2500 which was last Sunday the 17th.

I've asked about the other 2500 that was requested on the 27th, they said I have to wait about the same amount of time to receive it, which is ridiculous..

I want the rest of my winnings and I will never play on Club Player Casino again if the process takes that long.. it's so easy for casinos to let you make a deposit but I just don't get why I gotta wait months for payments.

Yes, we've received everything, however, we cannot proceed until we receive your bank statement. This is not our policy--this is our processor's policy and we cannot get around this.

As soon as you receive your bank statement, please forward a copy to me so I can have your payment issued.

Ok. I emailed you my new bank account and wire info. It's a brand new account so I don't have any statements on it yet. Now please send my winnings and quit delaying and playing games.

Unfortunately, our processor will not issue wires to joint accounts--there is nothing we can do to get around this.

Once you have an alternate account, please send me your wire details so we can resolve this for you.
