Waiting for wire transfer withdrawal


I put a request in for a wire transfer withdrawal and now it is saying manager withdrawal approved but I still have not received the funds and I cannot get in contact with anyone I've emailed numerous times and no one has responded I tried to click on the live chat and it doesn't do anything when I click on it I've also tried to call and can't get through because as soon as I called is asking for a 6 digit code and I don't have that code I don't know what it is or how to get it I just need assistance and can't receive it wanting to know when I should be receiving my money

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Club Player Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

And I have another question or comment whatever but why would I create an account in a different last name or whatever knowing that if I would win eventually I would have won how would I have cashed out that makes no sense to me that you are saying I have two accounts that is the dumbest thing anybody could do is to create two separate accounts with two different last names if I was to win how would I even cash out that goes to tell you common sense it's not mine I would not sit here and create an account that it would basically be for nothing second of all if y'all really feel like this is mine or anyting why is it that I'm still receiving emails to play I am still receiving bonus offers to play with y'all but you don't want to pay me my money that I won I don't know what I need to do to prove to you all that this other account does not belong to me this is my account only have one with you for no reason what I create an account that would be for nothing please just pay me my money I want it and I don't have another account with you I don't know what else I need to say or do to prove to you all that the other can is not me

Well I can tell you for a fact that my last name is Perez it's always been Perez not anything else and I can provide proof of that this is my first time again like I've said over and over and over using your Casino so what do I need to do to get this situated because this is unfair I won money Fair and square so I don't understand why y'all don't want to pay by trying to say that I use the different last name I've never been married my last names always been Perez this is been my street address for a long time already so I don't know what else to do I can provide all the information that you need to receive the money that I won and that I deserve because it's my money I won I've never had an account with you please let me know where do I need to provide showing that information

I did send you everything...and I've sent it again.

You did open two accounts. You used different last names for both of them and different street addresses. You did use the same date of birth and same phone numbers.

As I've already stated, I've sent the evidence to AskGamblers and they will determine if what I've stated is accurate or not.
