Waiting for the withdrawal


Hello,


This is < full name removed >, I will submit complaint to Club Player Casino for waiting for so long. And this is same case since Feb. until now.

So, to make it shorthand. I still waiting for my withdrawal of $2000 that haven't received anything from them bcoz of the requirements that they need.


At this month May 2021, Mr.< full name removed > of Club Player Casino response to my Email that they received and it's in process and needs to wait for 5 business days.

So, I waited...No email or update yet..

So I waited waited again, they response and its same words same reason from the last email that they say..

They said wait 5 business days.

Also, I asked them, I wait for more than 5 days. I informed and asked what to do because I can't access my account and clubplayercasino website is always offline every time I planning to Log in


Pls. hope to get my winning because I've waited to long.or atleast update me what happen to my account?

I always cooperate with whatever help you guys need to solve this matter. And I attached some of screenshots and emails from Clubplayersupportr Mr. < full name removed > and myself.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Club Player Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

After how many months,
Almost everyday im trying to log into my account,
I cant access,but when i used other cp,finally your website showed up but when i tried to log in,it said offline again? Blocking? I did not said that infact i dont know how i cant access keeping your website offline? Each time you denied my log in,i email you but NO RESPONSE AT ALL!!!! NOTHING,but still keep hoping that one day i can access,
U keep me thingking for how long whats going on ? Then you will say
NO BLOCKING on my account? Really?

Then now you will show me your proof?
You ignore me?
And now you will show this??? How come just now?
How come i cant access on my account for some reason?
And now you will give me this reason that i will UNACCEPTABLE???

Why? And Now finally,i got responded that you think my account is not blocking? Blocking?

How come? U keep me waiting for nothing?

Why u holding my account ? and then showing me this?
How come those time i tried to log in you did not responded me right away?

I'm not certain what 'confirmation' you're speaking of. I can tell you firmly that your withdrawal was never approved, so any confirmation you've received did not reflect this.

I've sent to you your transaction history relevant to this withdrawal. It shows clearly that you have indeed breached the terms and conditions relating to mixing funds. I've added AskGamblers management into this email so they are able to see that you've mixed funds, as well.

Regarding your inability to access your account, I'll have to check further into this. I don't believe there is anything blocking your account, however, I will double-check this.
