Waiting almost 2 months for my withdrawals
On October 1, 2020 I made a withdrawal of $700. On October 4, 2020 I made a withdrawal of $1,000. Today is November 24, 2020 and I have not received any checks. Nothing. It has been 55 days since my withdrawal of $700 and 51 days since my withdrawal of $1,000.
I was notified that the withdrawal of $700 was sent to the payment processor on October 29, 2020 and that the check would be mailed to me within 7 business days.
I have not received the check.
I have contacted live support numerous times about this issue and they reassure me that they will escalate this problem and I should once again contact live support within 3 business days if I haven’t received my money.
I have sent many emails to support and the last email I received is dated November 21, 2020 stated . . .
Due to high volume of check payments been issued to payment service providers, there might be some delay in clearing all the payments, but we assure you that you will receive the payments very soon. Club Player has all required documentation from me. I made a withdrawal a few months ago and they sent me a check by FedEx within about one month. I do have all emails saved and live chat conversations saved. We are coming up on two months since I made these two withdrawals and I believe that there is no reason that I should not have my money by now. I have been gambling online for over 20 years and I have NEVER had to wait and beg for the money that I have fairly won for almost two months it’s been and still have no idea if and when I will get my money. It’s one excuse after another excuse.
I have been more than patient with Club Player and I am hoping you can help me resolve this issue. Thank you so much for any help that you can give. It’s very much appreciated.
