Unable to get casino to pay winnings

Used no rules no playthrough deposit bonus in November on the 20th. Requested withdrawal via bitcoin of $330.00 and was told to wait 5 days, after that I was told to wait 7 days, then told to wait until last day of month, then told to wait until December 14th, then told to keep waiting. Also, I was told that the Bitcoin address they had on file needed to be updated cuz it was different and they escalated that earlier in December, but now today on December 29th they are saying the address is different again and need to escalate to have it updated although I have absolutely positive that no changes were made to my Bitcoin address. This entire thing seems to be a scam and I doubt I will ever receive my payout.

Thank You, Yes I did in fact receive it. It came through on my Venmo wallet address that I was told did not match what was on file, but Im just happy I got it. Thank You again

I've checked on your account and I do see that your payment was issued to your wallet, earlier today: 1/2 Paid $227 (BTC 0.00533174)+ No Service Fee for transaction #107038651.

Regarding the shortfall from your requested amount, this is because you received a bonus. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.

I believe after speaking with CS rep last night that we may have discovered the issue. I found that I was using my Bitcoin address through Venmo, and when comparing it to the previous address I provided from Venmo, it has in fact changed although I was not using it in anyway. So apparently it's either randomly changed or changed each time a request is made. I instead provided to the CS rep my Coinbase wallet address to have that updated and be used so now I am just waiting to know something. Your reply and help is appreciated however.
