I made a withdrawal request on October 12, 2021 for $2500. I have followed all procedures and waited required time frame to receive my winnings. Its been way too long now, I have spent many hours on live chat and sending email after email to club player without any new information or change to my pending withdrawal.

I have been told the exactly same thing every time I ask about my withdrawal, which is every 3-5 business days. I'm told that my account is verified, my payout details are posted to my account, and unfortunately due to the high volume of withdrawal requests it's taking a little longer to process each one but rest assured this will be processed with priority. Then I'm told that they have escalated this to the relevant team so that it can be processed immediately and to check back again in 3-5 business days.

Well, its now been 6 weeks!! I'm still being told the exactly same thing in every chat and every email. I have not received my money yet. Why can't I just get paid? Club Player support specialists always tell me they have done everything they can and end the chat. I don't think being asked to be patient for more almost 2 months is reasonable at all.

It's actually ridiculous. I would also like to mention that this is not the first withdrawal I have made and the one I made before this went smooth, just as it should. But since making this withdrawal of $2500 on October 12th I have been stripped of my VIP status & My player status now says "master expert" I'm not able to use coupon codes that carry any benefit for a Player that spends money the way I do.....and anytime I ask about it through chat I'm given no explanation other than "that's done through our system automatically and may or may not be changed back. I also use to get an email every single day from club player. That also seized the day following my withdrawal request from October 12th.

Why am I being punished and not being paid for winning a little money?
