Stalling on account verification although I have submitted my info for payout multiple times

I originally sent in my documents for club player and was approved then they sent me a denial on:

Transaction denied
$463.71

They claim that they need my cc info, but i have emailed it, sent it within chat, and spoke with MULTIPLE agents who either tell me to message back or just disconnect the chat altogether. There is no way for me to update it within the system myself, or i would. But having had sent it multiple times and been waiting over a month for documents that have already been submitted is very frustrating to say the least. They still have yet to address the withdrawal of the amount above which had never should have been denied in the first place.
