Slow to validate and payout and excuses

I placed a withdrawal request on 9/12/23 for $250.00. At which time I had already sent in my ID verification that was requested of me. I also have already made a deposit to my account of $12 and some change just as the site had asked me to do for withdrawal requests. After a few days I sent chat to them to check on it and was told 7 business days for approval and then another 7-10 days for payment to be sent. Which is so slow to me. But on the 7th day (9/19) I sent another chat asking as to me the casino business day is everyday due to always open. Well then told it would be 7 business days and weekends don't count. So I waited 2 more days til the 21st. And asked they said 7 days and stopped the chat. I have told them several times that this is ridiculous time frames. Then yesterday 9/22 I checked back and still just in pending withdrawal status. So chat opened again..this time the guy tells me that it's 7 business days for approval and the 7-10days for payment and oh yeah if they have the ID verification those would be time frame, but if not then I needed to send in ID verification and it would be an additional 5 days for that. I said no I sent that already and even deposited money which should have released my withdrawal quicker. Then last night I was told that I can't escalate the issue til today and wait more time and hopefully it will be approved. But to not be so sure because there is supposedly another account to which I told the guy that no I only have the 1 account and I am on free wifi with millions of people around the city on it also as it's a public free wifi so I wouldn't know if others have an account or not.

I don't want to keep waiting. I would like my $250 withdrawal via bitcoin to be approved and sent to me now so that I can officially be done with this site. I don't want my amount reduced down for some silly made up excuse because there is only 1 me and I only created the 1 account.
This site is finding ways to not payout to legitimate winners and its ridiculous because I know so many other gamblers that love to hear when I find a good site so they can try them out...well this is not one I will be recommending just because they so slow and rude.

While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

So this is Club Players little way of getting gout of paying winnings to just about everyone because there are alot of people that live at addresses where they may share the same address but be multiple different people.

So what if there was another person at the address I have on my account. Does that mean people don't ever move out of one place and into another one. Also, even if a David F. Registered it was over a month before me you said...was it on the same device as mine? Answer is NO, Is it a whole seperate person? Answer is YES. Do we have same last name? Answer is Clearly not as mine starts with a K and his is an F. So is that different families? Answer is Yes.

Your casino and any other casino out there that has that in their rules is clearly out of touch with the today's society and how people are living. Its also the most ridiculous reason for not paying. I CLEARLY ONLY HAVE 1 ACCOUNT IN MY NAME. And you are very aware of that by the fact you couldn't show me proof that I have more than 1 account.

I don't see how this proof you have supplied is in anyway shape or form validation for you to void my winnings.

This is not the case of 'shared Wi-Fi,' as you've stated. You share the SAME residential address with David F., who opened an account in the same casino less than two months earlier. Both of you redeemed the same Welcome Bonus coupon, which goes against our terms and conditions. As a result, your winnings have voided and your $13 Bitcoin verification deposit was returned to your wallet.

I've forwarded the necessary evidence to AskGamblers management as proof that what I've stated is accurate.
