Slow payment of withdrawal
On 9/21/20, I submitted a withdrawal request to Club Player Casino for $1000 and provided my current banking information. The next day, I received an email from Lauren Williams in support stating "We have your bitcoin address up to date and on file since last month, do you wish to receive a wire transfer instead?" I responded that I preferred a wire transfer. On 9/23/20, another emailed arrived from Lauren stating "As per Finance, you're only eligible for Bitcoin withdrawals. Would you confirm if the Bitcoin address below is still valid for this is the updated Bitcoin add on your account." The same day I provided the requested Bitcoin information.
Since 9/23/20 the funds still have not been transferred to my Bitcoin account and I have received no additional response pertaining to this withdrawal. Also, my account activity no longer shows this request or its approval by the casino.
