Slow payment after withdrawal approval


On 11/20/19 a withdrawal request for $1000 was approved. When payment had not been received by 12/31/19, I chatted with Katty Z in customer service regarding this issue and she has escalated it, but says that it may take 3 business days for action. Still haven't received the funds and there has been return correspondence.

I've received the crypto addy and I've sent this over to our Payments Manager. I'll do my best to have this paid this morning--if this is not possible, this will be sorted early next week.

I'll be sure to keep you updated...

I emailed you a new wallet ID. Apparently, when I opened the account it defaulted to Bitcoin cash.

Please let me know if you need anything else to process this withdrawal.
