Slow approval of withdrawal request


On 7/20/2021, a withdrawal request for $1300 was submitted to Club Player Casino. Their website states that withdrawal requests will be approved or denied within 10 business days of submission. It is now past that time frame and no response has been received from the casino. I'd like Ask Gamblers assistance with this matter.
