Slow approval of withdrawal request
The Terms and Conditions on the Club Player website state "All withdrawal requests will be reviewed within 7 business days from the date of the request."
On 3/22/2021, I submitted a withdrawal request for $1600. After patiently waiting for several weeks to see approval of the withdrawal, I contacted customer support via chat. On 5/8/2021, I chatted with agent Roy Sevi who agreed with me that the approval of the withdrawal was past due. He escalated the claim and said that a response would be coming within 3 business days. That time frame has now past and there is still no response with regard to approval of this withdrawal.
I need some assistance moving this claim along because there are two additional withdrawal requests waiting approval, one that is past the 7 business day approval deadline and a second that is fairly recent.
