Club Player Casino - Slow Approval of Withdrawal

A withdrawal request for $1000 was submitted on 9/26/19 at Club Player Casino. The terms & conditions on the Club Player website state the following "All withdrawal requests will be reviewed within 7 business days from the date of the request." Today is the 26th calendar day since the submission of this request and it has yet to be reviewed and approved.

Please assist me in getting the casino to approve these withdrawal requests.

This was an easy one. ;-)

Your withdrawal was sent off to our processor, yesterday: 10/27 Paid $1020 + no Service Fee for transaction #66501641. I would expect you'll find the funds in your account, early next week.

A check of my account confirms that the withdrawal has been approved. The complaint can be closed.
