Slow Approval of Withdrawal


Tawni,

On 6/10/2019, I submitted a withdrawal request for $1000 from Club Player Casino. The terms & conditions on the Club Player website state the following "All withdrawal requests will be reviewed within 7 business days from the date of the request." Today is the 28th calendar day since the submission of this request and it has yet to be reviewed and approved.

Please assist me in getting the casino to approve these withdrawal requests.

Please let us know if you have cooperated the casino and sent the required information. Please be in aware in case you fail to respond within the given time AskGamblers Complaints Team will have no other option but to reject this complaint upon submitter's unwillingness to cooperate.
