I requested a $1100 payout on October 28,2023. It has not been approved. All required documentation has been submitted many times, to many of the associated casinos and I have received multiple payouts in recent months.
When checking the status today I discovered that the casino is claiming I have missing documents. The documents they are requesting are from the last two weeks - prior to my payout request and have nothing to do with my request. I did not even possess the cards they are asking for on October 28,2023 and if my request had been approved timely within the time frame published these cards would have been on file.
I am asking for your assistance in getting my request approved as soon as possible. It has been sitting for over 3 weeks.
