Refusing to process withdrawal
On 8/28, I made a deposit of $80 using a bonus of 290sale. After a lucky win, I immediately sent updated documents as I had not won at this casino in some time.
When in live chat, I was requested to resend documents which I did on 9/3. I have spoken with the casino representatives in live chat several times to no avail.
In my withdrawal request documents it shows a question mark for my country, United States. If this casino does not include my country, why could it accept my deposit in the first place?
They have previously accepted other deposits as well. My win was for $1282. less the applied bonus.
