Payout not processed yet and site freezing


beginning to think I’m not going to get paid vs delayed payout. I submitted a $2500 withdrawal around the 17th of Aug. it is now just 1 day away from the 17th of Nov. on the 22nd of Oct it appears they split it up and only approved about half of the request. So I haven’t got what they say has been sent to the processor and the other half is still pending. I recently accused them of sabotaging my play. I think this is why I’m not getting paid. On the 19th of Oct while playing Cash Bandit I made it to the bonus round and won 30 free spins. I hit the spin to start the free spins and the wheels never stopped spinning. It locked up or froze or whatever. It took half a day before I was able to enter the site. My bonus spins had been cleared. I immediately went to chat. The rep (Manny) said they could see where I was playing and it stopped. But he didn’t know why my spins were gone. Manny gave me some things to try to see if they would reappear. We got disconnected. When I reached out to chat again I got someone different. They said the total opposite of what manny said. They said instead of Firefox u should try google chrome. I also communicated with a Tony Trott via email that acted like I was stupid. He then asked me for the game ID session. Who can provide that? I told him I would be lodging a complaint because I feel like they robbed me. I was playing either $2.00 or $2.50 a spin. So having 30 spins with each spin being times 7. I had a chance at a nice payout. I ended up playing with what I had and ended up requesting the $2500 withdrawal.

Close it. I also want to ensure club player closes my account immediately. I would never play at a site that treats people the way I was treated. Account and complaint can be closed. IM SO DONE.
