Club Player Casino - Payment not received yet

I have requested two separate withdrawals from Club player Casino. One was cancelled because of documents. I submitted my documents and confirmed that my account was ready for Bitcoin Withdrawal, and submitted another request for $400 seen below and screenshot. It took over a month to approve the withdraw request. Now, 11 days later, I have not received any payment. The support chat was full of "stock" responses and was of no help. They said allow ten days from the approval. It has been 11 days, and no payment received.

A bitcoin payment of 401 arrived in my wallet today. So it seems that everything is fine - issue resolved. Thanks for the help! Thanks for providing a platform to reach solutions.
